Planning begins before you book travel
The first conversation takes place by video with clear daylight photographs. We review your goal, previous procedures or SMP, normal haircut and provisional suitability. Remote discussion is preliminary; the final assessment is completed in person before any treatment is undertaken.
Time in Athens is organised around the plan
SMP is commonly built in stages and should not be compressed simply to fit a short trip. Before dates are agreed, we explain which appointments can reasonably take place during your stay and what requires later review. We do not promise completion within a timetable that prevents responsible assessment of healed work.

We agree how remote review will work, what photographs are useful and when the healed appearance can be discussed meaningfully. If additional treatment is appropriate, it is planned as a separate decision rather than a rushed promise. Any urgent or medical concern should always be directed to an appropriate local healthcare professional.
What to send for the first conversation
Provide front, back, top and side photographs without filters in consistent light, along with possible travel dates. Mention previous SMP, transplant surgery, scars, scalp conditions and medication you believe may be relevant. You do not need to book a flight before understanding whether your request can be assessed responsibly.
